Holly Wren Spaulding’s poems, articles and reviews have appeared in The New York Times, The Nation, Michigan Quarterly Review, Witness, The Ecologist, and in ELEMENTAL: A Collection of Michigan Creative Nonfiction, forthcoming from Wayne State University Press in 2018. Alice Greene & Co. published If August in 2017. She is also the author of two chapbooks, Pilgrim (2014) and The Grass Impossibly (2008), and Dawn Cento (2016), a collaboration with book artist, Lisa Hersey, of Antler Editions. She directs Poetry Forge, where she offers a manuscript incubator and other programming for emerging writers, and is a member of the creative writing faculty at Interlochen College of Creative Arts.
